James Robinson, Civil Litigation Paralegal
James Robinson holds an A.A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies, magna cum laude, from Chattanooga State Community College, and gained his designation as a Certified Paralegal from NALA. The CP credential has been acknowledged by the American Bar Association as a mark of high professional achievement.
Since 2011, Mr. Robinson has been employed at the Law Office of Peter C. Ensign, where his primary focus is complex civil litigation cases. He enjoys assisting the attorney achieve positive results for his clients—especially those who have suffered an injury from someone else’s negligence. He is highly skilled in drafting wills, trusts, and other complicated estate planning documents. He also guides families through the complexities of administering the estate of their deceased loved one. Additionally, his knowledge of Tennessee and Georgia real estate law allows him to assist clients with property or contractual disputes. He is fluent English/Spanish bilingual—including reading and writing—and uses this skill to interpret procedures and translate legal documents for his Spanish speaking clients.
James has been happily married to his wife, Jannelle, since 1982, and his favorite hobbies are photography and writing.
